The building has a communal swimming pool, children’s playground, and barbecue area. It also has an assigned parking space.
We live in the accommodation, although we are rarely present during the stay. Guests can use the entire accommodation except for the rooms with a lock code and locked cabinets.

The Castelldefels area is located next to a beautiful and family-friendly beach. It is an exclusive neighborhood in the south of Barcelona, very quiet and residential, with luxury homes.
There is a large number of foreigners who have chosen to establish their residence in this area. The easy access to Barcelona, the airport, and its beautiful beach are convincing factors.
From the apartment, it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the beach, where you can find a large number of restaurants and other shops, as well as a small supermarket.
Access from Barcelona Airport is only a 10-minute drive or by bus from Terminals 1 and 2, line L99.
To reach the center of Barcelona, you can take the bus. Two lines, L94 and L95, run every 10 minutes and will take you to Plaza Catalunya in about 40 minutes.
