It is located just two minutes from the pier where you can swim or sunbathe with swimming pool, free private parking, beautiful gardens and landscapes. It contains four bedrooms located directly on Lake Atitlán known as one of the most beautiful in the world.
The setting is tranquil with shady grounds that include coffee plants, a large avocado tree, flowering plants, and spectacular views of three dormant volcanoes. The lake is very active during the day with local fishermen in artisanal boats and commercial boats. There is a relaxing front porch as you enter the bungalow, an open space living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for cooking. Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player are provided in the same way. Laundry and cleaning services are also available for a small fee.
Any issues can be resolved as soon as they arise by notifying the owner or local caretaker.
